Beijing: China’s central bank said on Thursday that steps against the Alibaba ant group would also be imposed on other payment service companies.
“Monopolistic behavior is not only in the ant group, but also at other institutions,” said Fan Yifei, Deputy Governor of Bank Rakyat China (PBOC), told media conferences in Beijing.
Fan added that the steps would be disclosed immediately, without further execution.
