New Delhi: Towards the First Asian India-Central Summit, China will accommodate its own summit with five Central Asian countries – Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kyrgyzstan – on Tuesday to commemorate the 30-year anniversary of the formation of diplomatic bonds between the two parties.
President XI Jinping will lead the Summit, said the Chinese Foreign Ministry, added that this would be China’s first major diplomatic acts “facing Central Asia” this year and the first countries of the countries between China and five countries.
Significantly, only two days before the first summit scheduled in India with the same countries on January 27.
The government last week said the first Indian India Summit was a reflection of the involvement of Central Asia with Central Asian countries.
India has also proposed a visit by Central Asian leaders for the summit with PM Narendra Modi and also to participate in the Republican Parade of the day as a guest.
The visit could not occur because the surge in Covid-19 cases in Delhi and India last week announced that Modi would lead the Summit virtually on January 27.
Beijing said China Summit was very important for all parties “to take stock from the achievement and experience of China-Central Asia relations” and seek coordination and make plans for bilateral cooperation in the future “throughout the council at the starting point of new history”.
“During the Summit, President XI and Head of Central Asian countries will give a speech together reviewing the trip by China and five Central Asian countries in fostering their relationship, looking back in great achievement in bilateral cooperation, summarizing a successful experience and painting printing Blue for their cooperation in the future, “said the spokesman.
