At the basis of the quarter-quarterly, GDP rose 1.6% in October-December, compared with expectations of a 1.1% increase and a 0.7% increase in revisions in the previous quarter.
The Chinese economy fell to a strong start of 2021 because of the activity of rebounding from the decline of the previous year’s pandemic, but has lost steam due to a decrease in property, the sidewalks of debt and strict Covid-19 sidewalks that have reached consumption.
Chinese leaders have promised more support for the economy, which faces double headwinds to 2022.
