Beijing: Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that China would not be afraid of confrontation with the United States, but would welcome cooperation if it was mutually beneficial and competition must be positive, according to the speech he made in Beijing on Monday.
The problem in US-Chinese relations fell to the “strategic error” by the American side, he said.
