Millions of people in Henan have been built since the weekend in an unusual active rainy season which have caused a quick increase in a number of rivers in the vast yellow river basin.

The level of rainfall in Zhengzhou watched for three days was only seen “once in a thousand years”, local media quoted a meteorologist.
The dramatic video distributed on social media on Tuesday showed passengers in the chest in a flood of cloudy on a legvored subway and the underground station turned into a large pool that stirred.
“The water outside the cabin rose, and it leaked from the door,” wrote internet users on social media after surviving the trial.
“The water reaches my chest.
I’m really scared, but the most frightening thing is not water, but the air supply is reduced in the cabin.” Dozens of reservoirs and dams also violated the warning rate.
Last night, the local authorities said the rainfall had caused a 20-meter violation in the Jihetan Dam in West Luoyang City Zhengzhou, and that the dam “could collapse anytime”.
In Zhengzhou, the head office of the local flood control said the Guojiazui City reservoir had been violated.
More rain “efforts to prevent floods become very difficult,” said President Xi Jinping on Wednesday, handling the situation in a statement broadcast by country television.
On Wednesday, Zhengzhou’s transportation system was paralyzed, with schools and hospitals disconnected by severe water, according to government media.
Some children have been trapped in their kindergartens since Tuesday.
Zhengzhou’s first affiliate hospital – a large care center with more than 7,000 beds – has lost all strength, and even the supply of backup fell, the people’s daily reported on Wednesday.
