NEW DELHI: Lok Janshakti Party leader Chirag Paswan has contested Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla’s choice to title Pashupati Kumar Paras because the chief of this party in the home, stating it’s”contrary” to terms of his business enterprise.
In a letter written on Tuesday, Paswan additionally advised Birla of this party’s determination to resurrect five MPs, who have joined hands , and encouraged the Speaker to review the previous decision and issue a fresh circular naming him because the LJP leader in the Lok Sabha.
“Considering Article 26 of this Constitution of Lok Jan Shakti Party enable Central Parliamentary Board of the celebration to determine that would be Leader of the Party in Lok Sabha, consequently, the choice of declaring Sh.
Pashupati Kumar Paras MP as Leader of LJP celebration in the Lok Sabha is contrary to provision for Constitution of the celebration,” he said.
Paswan’s paternal uncle Paras was chosen as their chief from the five of celebration’s six MPs rather than him.
The two factions have moved to restrain the celebration and job their team because the true LJP, based by Paswan’s dad Ram Vilas Paswan.
Even though the wing headed by Chirag Paswan has minding the five MPs in the celebration, the rival team has eliminated him as its president.
