Ranchi: Special Court to try the violation of MPS-Mlaas on Wednesday released the leader of the Senior Congress Dr.
Ajoy Kumar due to lack of evidence in the case of 10 years related to the alleged relationship with extremists.
BJP Dineshand Goswami leader has registered a case with the Sakchi police station in July 2011 alleged that Kumar had spoken with extremists, Samariji, and seeks the last help in winning the Jamshedpur parliamentary election.
Goswami also gave the police a concise disc intend to bring a conversation note between Kumar and extremists.
This case was transferred from the Jamshedpur District Court to a special court in Ranchi in September 2020.
Kumar has recorded his statement before the court on Tuesday under Part 313 from the criminal procedure code that said he was innocent.
Vimal Kumar lawyer who represented the leader of the Congress in court said, “The court of Dinesh Kumar released Ajoy Kumar because prosecution could not produce substantial evidence that could prove the allegations of Kumar beyond doubts Before the court was Kumar’s conversation with the leader of Maois Samariji.
“Can be stated here that Kumar has won the Jamshedpur parliamentary election as a candidate for Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prevention) in 2011.
Goswami portrayed the election on BJP tickets.
