Ranchi: The Crime Investigation Department (CID) caught a cybercriminal named Ram Kishun Mandal who sucked RS 3.36 lakh from a bank account from one Sudhir Kumar.
Kumar posted in the Ordinance Unit of the Infantry Division in Namkum and he has submitted the Mandal case in April.
According to his complaint, the defendant had secured OTP with the pretext of activating Yono SBI application and transferring money from his account.
Cid SP Kartik S said that the arrest was made from Giridih Regency.
He added that the defendant was involved in the previous Dacoity case and then, he began to indulge in the crime of cyberspace.
