Hyderabad: On allegations of the encroachment of thousands of hectares of waqf land in developing countries regularly, Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar RAO has announced an investigation by the Crime Investigation Department (CID) into irregularities and encroachment of waqf land.
CM says the order will be removed immediately.
The Telangana High Court has taken encroachment on the waqf land package and the case is delayed with him.
The leaders of Aimim, especially the leader of the Floor Akbaruddin Owaisa, has demanded an investigation in the waqf land.
“When the web portal Dharani Land was launched a year ago, the government freezes all endowmen and waqf land registrations to stop malpractice.
We did not register the land of endowmen and waqf and did not allow the building in the land,” KCR said in the assembly on Thursday.
Replying during a brief discussion about PALLE PRGATHI in the Assembly, CM gave a complicated answer to the steps taken by the state government for the development of rural areas, which resulted in the transformation of grams of panchayats.
Taking Potshots at Congress Leader Bhatt Vikramarka, KCR said as long as the Rules of Congress, State shares per capita were only 4 (Devolution funds per person to Gram Panchayats), while the Government TRS has provided 669 (per person every month).
Every month, the government has released 227 crores to Gram Panchayats, he added.
Asking Opposition members to go and see development in rural areas, which are truly ignored before, CM said: “Under Mission Bhagiratha, we have provided drinking water every day to the villages.
Our plan is to provide 24×7 drinking water in the future .
“Supported by the success of Basti Dawakhana in Greater Hyderabad, CM said the village clinic (Grama Dawakhanas) will begin soon.
