Navi Mumbai: As a special planning authority for new cities in Navi Mumbai, CidCo has announced the declaration of his intention to prepare a comprehensive development plan of the new Khopta City notice area.
The state government appointed CidCo as a special planning authority for the Khopta New Town region told the area.
The new municipality involved 32 revenue villages covering Panvel and Talukas.
This area includes 7 villages from Panvel Tehsil from Raigad District and 25 villages from Uran Tehsil.
This area will be developed with advanced infrastructure and social facilities.
“This will make the planned and systematic development process from the new city of Khopta proposed,” said CidCo Deputy Chair and Managing Director, Dr.
Sanjay Mukherjee.
CidCo has published its development plan for six villages, including Barpada, Karnala (Tara), Dolghar, rough and disposal, and the state approved the development plan in accordance with development control regulations in 2012 for these villages.
