Ludhiana: In the midst of the increase in the case of Coronavirus, the oxygen plant has been installed at the Hospital of Chri Prishna City’s Shri Krishna which will make independent hospitals adequate in producing oxygen gas for medical use.
The factory has been prepared by city entrepreneurs, which is a member of the Indian Industrial Confederation (CII).
Three weeks ago the same group had prepared an oxygen factory at the CMC hospital.
This factory is able to produce 220 liters of oxygen per minute and will help save a big money hospital to buy a cylinder from external sources and time will also be saved.
Rahul Ahuja, former President CII Punjab, and Chair of Singh Singh, Chair of the CII Ludhiana Zone, along with hospital management and several Congress leaders, dedicated this plant to the hospital on Tuesday.
“We work for the benefit of the community, industry and administration with a variety of activities such as the company’s social responsibility initiative (CSR) or adopt government schools etc.,” said a CII spokesman.
