Ranchi: The Union of the Coal Department has provided a nod in principle to the state government proposal to adjust contracts worth RS 1 Crore for local transferred people to increase their work opportunities and income.
Minister of Hemant Chairman Soren on Tuesday made an announcement of the Ministry through Tweet, said he had a meeting with the Minister of Coal Pralhad Joshi in November last year in this case during his visit to Ranchi.
“The Ministry of Coal of United States and Coal India has now agreed to the principle of our request,” he said.
He further said that in accordance with the provisions of understanding so far, Indian coal will provide reservations to locals in work such as coal transportation, regional landscaping, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and civil work.
According to the record by Indian coal, the PSU has proposed certain relaxation in its regulations and regulations to provide employment contracts to displaced areas.
Some relaxation includes 100% truly relaxation of money to pocket the tender and replacement of working capital / financial change clause by certificates from bankers about fiscal health contractors, among others.
