Circulation of the cyclone twin triggers rain in Kolkata

Kolkata: The city wakes into a stable cloudy sky and a stable drizzle that often turns into a moderate rain mantra, under the impact of the circulation of twin cyclones – one above the Bay of Bengal and others in South Bangladesh.
