Kolkata: Some students from city schools affiliated with Cisce have submitted the first pen-and-paper exam at school in one and a half years.
Not satisfied with the ICSE and ISC signs, they signed up for the repair test which will be held by Cisce on August 16.
Wednesday is the last day for students to register for an increase test.
In schools such as La Martiniere for boys, St Xavier Collegen School and Don Bosco Circus Students have been registered for repair tests.
Some students who will sit on the repair test are the smartest in their school, said the teacher.
These students feel they can print better than the sign they receive from the Cisce formula adopted in the absence of written examinations.
About 15 boys from Don Bosco Park Circus are registered, FR Bikash Mondal.
“They are very intelligent students who want to test themselves on a real test,” he said.
Five boys from St Xavier college schools, too, were registered, confirmed the father of the Principal of Thamacin Arulappan.
The school will wait until the end of Wednesday for registration again.
The two La Martiniere boys have done the same acting principle, confirmed John Stephen.

Gerry Arathion, chief executive and the council secretary, said the repair test would be physical.
“This will be held in each school that will take all precautions.
Because not too many will choose it, there should be no problem,” he said.
At La Martiniere for boys, 13 has scored 50 literature in ICSE and one boy 47.
The school asked the council to check if there was a technical error.
“Because the scores are the same for the same subject for so many boys, we believe this is a systemic mistake.
Everyone who gets 50 literature gets their score revised to 97.
The boy who has 47 now has 95,” Stephen said.
Many other school students have requested a “dispute resolution”, or marking re-consideration but most schools say they have not received a change score.
