Nagpur: Corporate Development of Maharashtra Airport (MADC) on Tuesday completed the contractor to establish a Multispecialty Hospital and Jompo Panti in Mihan.
Private logistics Anjani Logistics based in the city has been allocated tender to build and operate hospitals at 0.3 hectares.
This will be the second medical facility on the Mihan campus after AIIMS.
“We have offered the highest bidder after the transparent and fast process.
We received a good response to this tender with six players competing for it.
Companies based in Ramdaspeth quoted RS1.11 Crore as a basic price to prepare multilevel hospitals,” said MADC executive director Deepak Kapoor told toi.
The company must submit its plan to MADC in several months in the proposed hospital building and other facilities available for patients.
Bidder was chosen after MADC conducted technical and financial supervision based on documents.
Confirming its development, Anjani Logistics MD Narendra Jichkar said he would immediately submit a project report to MADC, after completing it in consultation with the architect.

According to Kapoor, this will be the third main investment in the Mihan project in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic after the persistent and Kalpana Aviation system.
