City: Gang Thieves Damaged, Cigarettes Worth RS 35L Confiscated

City: City City Police on Monday arrested five people and restored Cigarettes worth 35 lakh stolen from a Godown in the AnanTpura police station here early last week, Rs 5.57 lakh cash and won two vehicles used for crime.
Three other men involved in the gang had not been arrested.
The defendant has recognized cigarette theft worth Rs 4 Crore from Jodhpur, Udaipur and Chiorgarh.
City City SP Vikas Pathak said a dealer of ITC and Cadbury City on October 26 submitted a report at the AnanTpura Police Station and accused the gate of the Office of God and the main office found not locked and at least 130 cartoons of cigarettes stolen.
Taking a serious record, a separate team under the supervision of ASP Praveen Jain was formed which finally damaged the gang of cigarettes.
They were identified as Rajendra Beniwal (25) of Kardhani (Jaipur), Brijmohan Mehra (30), native of Swimadhopur currently living in Jaipur, Gitjar Gitjar (38) also from Swimadhopur who lives in Jaipur, Praveen Kumawat (27) from Nagour Living (27) in Jaipur and Biharilal Kumawat (44) from Phulta in Jaipur.
Efforts are taking place for the NAB three accused of being identified as Mukesh Dabria, Kajodmal and Kamal, he added.
