City saw less than 3,000 cases for the second day in a row, 1 death again

Gurgaon: New Covid cases in the city fell 19% in a day from 2,595 on Saturday to 2,102 on Sundays, the second day in a row that less than 3,000 people had been tested positively.
The city also reported one more Covid death on Sunday.
The level of participants fell from 30.8% to 24.5%.
3,079 Covid patients were also restored on Sundays.
The city now has 19,135 active cases, with only 180 patients in hospitals and 18,955 in house isolation.
In 19,266, Gurgaon had recorded less than 20,000 active cases on January 15.
At present, there are no active omicron cases.
The 70-year-old woman was hospitalized on January 21 because of shortness of breath, body pain and loss of appetite on Sunday.
Patients have a history of hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic liver disease and have been positively tested for Covid after hospital.
The doctor said that patients had used IV fluids, antibiotics, remdesevir, non-invasive ventilation and other supporting steps.
Patients are then intubated and included in ventilator support but experience cardiac arrests on Sunday.
In the last 14 days, the city has reported 18 deaths related to Covid – one on January 10, one on January 12, each on January 15 and January 16, and two each on January 17, 19, 20, three On January 21, two on January 22 and one on 23 Jangaon had reported 945 deaths related to Covid since the start of Pandemi.
In this case, 627 patients have comorbidities.
With the number of new cases that dropped, officials at the Ministry of Health said this was a plateau phase, and immediately, the district would witness further decline in the case.
“It seems that we have reached its peak, and next week, we will witness a decline,” said Virender Yadav, a medical officer.
However, until Sunday night, 8,547 samples have been collected for testing.
However, saying that more people, even children, may need hospitalization in the coming days and ask people to be vigilant.
