City: A 16-year-old girl was repeatedly raped by a 27-year-old neighbor since April in a village under the Khatoli police station from the city when his mother was accompanied by his brother to go to Jaipur for his cancer treatment.
The crime was revealed on Monday last week when the victims suffered suffering from stomach pain and his parents took him to a local hospital, where the doctors diagnosed with seven-month pregnancies encouraged parents to apply for rape cases the next day.
This case was submitted under the IPC section, Pocso and ST / SC in action against the defendant who was identified as Chandrashakhar Sharma aka Chandu (27), a resident of Bazaar Road, Khatoli in the city.
Since then the defendant has been running.
A special team formed by the City (rural) SP Kavendra Singh Sagar under ASP Prave Jain arrested the defendant on Monday night and began further investigation in this case.
“The 16-year-old survivor, a class IX student, has stated in a report that his mother suffered from cancer and had gone to Jaipur for the treatment of cancer with his brother on April 12 this year,” said Rameshwar Prasad, Sho, Khatoli Police Station.
