Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has asked the agent to work to prepare bid documents to complete the draft within three weeks, TOI has learned.
The global bid document will be examined by Yeida and sent to senior official in Lucknow before September 30 to be reviewed and also for legal opinion.
And so procedural obstacles are removed, the bidding process is likely to begin in early November, the official said.
Senior officials at Lucknow have the view that the work of developing films must be initiated simultaneously with Noida International Airport.
“Yeida already has the land needed to launch the first phase.
After the evaluation is complete and the bidder is chosen, the work can begin in the first quarter of 2022,” said a senior official from Lucknow, who did not want to be named.
CEO Yeida Arun VIR Singh said that agency was asked to prepare and share bidding documents within three weeks.
