Civic’s body is looking for Rs 10 Crore to repair a damaged road

Coimbatore: To repair damaged roads while doing underground drainage work and placing drinking water lines, City Corporation has sent a proposal to the state government to get RS 10 Crore funds from the Tamil Nadu Road Infrastructure Fund (Turif).
The road has demanded city residents The old wait.
Around 90 damaged roads are set from various wards such as 14, 30, 31, 61, 64, 51, 51, 86, 85, 85, 85 and 99.
Work will be taken as 28 separate packages after obtaining approval from the City Administration Directorate, said A civilian body official.
All damaged roads are surveyed to record the extent of damage when preparing estimates.
The streets to be repaired include small streets in residential areas and the main arterial road and the work will begin after the rainy season, said officials.
