New Delhi: The Law Minister for Kiren Rijju on Tuesday said the government and justice would definitely protect the basic rights of citizens, but the country would reach a large height only when everyone put their fundamental tasks on their rights.
Speaking at an event at Greater Noida to mark the 26th anniversary of Nalsa, he said the court court, where nearly 4 cases of crore were delayed, needed maximum support from a higher court and the government.
Rijju praised the main justice of India N V Ramana as a man who has strengthened the justice and said, “The judge like that is a true blessing for the country”.
CJI said, “In the past recently, Rijju was the only Minister of Law that understood the hard work entered by Ju-dg and justice.” He said, “While the concept of legal assistance was institutionalized in 1995, the actual legal assistance movement began long before our independence when several legal stalwart provided pro-bono services to freedom fighters.”
