Classes from 6 to 8 began at government schools, low presence on my day

Ranchi: Grade 6 to 8 students returned to school after they opened back from Friday amid strict Covid-19 guidelines.
The attendance on the first day was around 30 percent in Ranchi even when women participation more than boys in several schools.
Head of the Girls Bariyatu High School, Rita Kumari said, “About 30 percent of students attended classes on the first day.
Some of them did not have their parents’ approval, but I allowed them to attend classes after taking guarantees from their family members by telephone.

We hope more students choose offline classes than online.” The Ministry of Education and School Literacy has issued detailed guidelines to ensure Covid norms -19 inside the school building.
Schools have been asked to ensure student thermal scanning before allowing them on campus.
In addition, school administration must ensure that students wear masks, maintain social distance and also wash their hands.
The Ministry of Education has also instructed that the test of Covid-19 students who lived in hostels at Kasturba Gandhi school were carried out immediately after their arrival.
It also plans to often drive in these schools to detect Covid-19 cases.
Offline classes for grade 9 to 12 have been going on since August 5.
