Cleanliness Campaign: The government produces Rs 40 Crore through Memo Disposal, Cleaning Square Feet 8 Lakh

New Delhi: More than 13.73 Lakh files circled and nearly 8 square feet of space resulting from occupancy that can be avoided in the central government offices for the past month, as part of a special campaign for the disposal of the Liah from the Indian government.
The State Minister for Personnel Jitendra Singh, which on Monday reviewed the results of a special campaign from its launch on October 2, 2021 to 31 October 2021, said that the central government had obtained Rs 40 Crore through memo disposal from offices from government offices during this period .
At a review meeting with high-ranking department of the Administration Reform and Public Complaints (DARPG) on the campaign results here on Monday, Singh noted with satisfaction that more than 13.73 Lakh files were harassed from 15.23 Lakh files identified for this purpose.
Likewise, the target of public complaints 3.28 lakh, 2.91 lakh was pressed within 30 days.
Of the 11,057 references from parliamentarians, 8,282 were completed.
In addition, 685 of the 834 rules and processes were identified simplified during the period.
Singh said that the special campaign of the disposal of the sea in the government was carried out on the instructions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and progress would be presented to him this week.
He told that during this campaign, temporary files were identified and removed in accordance with existing instructions and excessive memo materials and obsolete goods were discarded to improve cleanliness at work.
