Lucknow: Chairman of the Yogi Adityanath Minister seeks an explanation from officials of various districts because of their failure to overcome people’s complaints.
The officials who have been asked to submit an explanation are the supply officers of the Rae Barel District, District Pancayati Raj Jhansi, ADMS (Finance and Revenue) of Prayagraj, Jaunpur, Sultanpur, Ghazipur, Aligarh and Shahjahanpur, and the Development Department of Bhadohi and Unnao.
A government spokesman said complaints received from people were attended through an integrated complaint recovery system (IGT).
This helps the government to ensure quality checks and make it easier for people to track their complaints.
“The CM office has emphasized consumer feedback.
During the assessment, it was found that some officials did not do their work correctly.
They did not experience the depth of problems and complaints closed without satisfactory to discuss it,” said the spokesman.
“CM has said that the feedback review will continue and strict actions will be taken against those who are found careless in their approach to complaints received through the CM and IGTS Help Channels,” he added.
