MUMBAI: Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray on Monday voiced concern over the significant vehicular traffic from Mumbai and cautioned that the lockdown-like curbs will soon be created stricter in case this kind of situation persists.

I didn’t state that Covid-19 limitations are raised,” Thackeray said.
Mumbai might need to be placed under stricter curbs when this kind of situation goes on, the CM said while talking in suburban Bandra in the inauguration of their trial series of two Metro lines and also bhoomipujan of this raised road and vehicular underpass to link the airport.
When completed, these projects may place Mumbai on a quicker pace involving the struggle from the COVID-19 pandemic, Thackeray said.
