Nagpur: Within a few days from Minister of Chief Justice Uddhav Thackeray to a resident doctor, who has broken down for various demands, the country officially issued government resolution (GR) about RS1.21 Lakh Knalknowledgment greetings for each Medico, including those in the Government of Ayurvedic Colleges.
The amount will be paid in two installments – one in October and another in March 2022.
The population expressed happiness at the first request fulfilled.
“We thank the State Government, CM Thackeray and Minister of Medical Education Amit Deshmukh for timely and good steps,” said Dr.
Dnyaneshwar Dhobale, President Committee of the Maharashtra Resident Doctor Association Center (Mard).
“This is for the first time in the history of the country, one of our demands has been fulfilled in two days of our agitation and discussion with CM,” he added.
Residents who were attached to Mard have carried out strikes without limits since October 1.
Their main demand is the neglect of academic costs.
After strikes, Thackeray has discussed this issue with Mard leaders, but categorically put aside neglecting costs for technical reasons.
Instead, he has offered them one time recognition allowance for their work during the wave of Covid-19 pandemic.
Receiving this, doctors have carried out their attacks on 4.
October.
Population doctors in Nagpur are also happy to get the first monthly installment.
They said improvements were in the next Mard Hostels on the card and they were waiting for the government to fulfill that promise too.
