Patna: The Chairman of Minister Nith Kumar on Sunday spoke with the Governor of Lieutenant Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha by telephone and revealed the “serious concern” of the murder of two native residents of Bihar in the attack targeted at non-local valleys.
In other terrorist attacks targeted at non-local residents at Jammu & Kashmir, two workers from Bihar were killed and the third was seriously injured in the Kulgam district in South Kashmir.
The brutal incident occurred in the Kulgam Wanpoh area, where terrorists entered a house where workers from Bihar lived and fired them.
Three people from Bihar received bullet injuries and two of them died.
The two dead were later identified as Jogendra RishideV and King RishideV, while one Chunchun RishideV was injured in the attack.
His condition was declared stable.
“I was very hurt after receiving news about the murder of two other native Bihar residents.
This incident was very sad,” Nitish said in a statement.
He announced the payment of Rs 2 Lakh Ex Gratia to Kin from every victim of the CM relief fund.
He also asked officials to provide other assistance to the second family of the deceased under a different scheme of the Ministry of Labor Resources and the Department of Social Welfare.
Nitish also hopes for fast recovery of Chunchun.
Overall four native Bihar people have so far been killed in a targeted attack at J & K in the past two weeks.
On Saturday, Arbind Kumar was valid, the native of the block in the Banka district was killed in a terrorist attack.
Arvind is used to sell ‘panipuri’ in Srinagar.
On October 5, Birendra Paswan, from Bhagalpur Bihar district, was shot dead in Srinagar by terrorists.
