Guwahati: Chairman of Ministers Himanta Buswa Sarma has launched an all-out battle against the threat of drugs in the state after he considers strength a few months ago.
On Wednesday, while taking part in the discussion about narcotics initiated by AGP MLA Pradip Hazarika, he said, “We must end the threat of drugs in Assam.
If we can stop transiting through the country, Assam will be able to contribute significantly to control the drug state Like Punjab.
