CM launches the AGCL portal for new gas pipe facilities, complaints

Dibrugarh: Minister of Himanta Minister Buswa Sarma on Wednesday visited Assam Gas Company Limited (AGCL) in Duliajan and launched a portal where consumers can apply for new gas pipes and cottages too.
The chairman of the minister, who was accompanied by Union MOS for Petroleum and Natural Gas Rameswar Teli and AGCL Chair of Bolin Chetia also took the stock function of the AGCL and its ongoing project.
During his visit, Sarma expressed confidence that the annual turn of the public sector would be able to touch Rs 1,000 Crore in two years.
“To improve the experience of consumer natural gas pipes, I have launched a limited gas company portal which consumers can apply for new gas connections and complaints of the cottage too,” the main minister said.
Sarma then visited Assam Medical College and Hospital (Amch) in Dibrugarh and reviewed the progress of cancer hospital work.
