The Flyover will connect Convoy Road to National Highway-37.
This will be built under the State Priority Development Program (SOPD-G) on the budget proposed by Rs 49.21 Crore.

“The Flyover is a long demand from the population of Dibrugarh.
This project will ensure smooth transportation facilities.
This will be completed in a 2.5-year range,” said the head minister, while putting the foundation.
Sarma also placed the foundation stone on the footbridge at the University of Dibrugarh.
Foot medicine, more than the NH-37, will be built under the SOPD-G program against the budget proposed by Rs 621.84 lakh.
The state government will also provide additional sanctions of Rs 3 Crore to provide escalator facilities for bridges.
“Overbridge, more than NH-37, will connect the two university campuses .
Furthermore, the internet and mobile facilities will also be improved at the university campus, while the university hospital will be upgraded with all modern facilities.
Doctors and nurses will also be engaged government to ensure better health care for university faculty, “said the chief minister.
