Naveen said many more coaches and players would be inspired to bring glory to the state and country.
On national sports days, the state government gives awards Biju Patnaik for sports and courage.
Indian Hockey Defender from Odisha, Amit Rohidas, who gets 100 hats at the Tokyo Olympics and praises the first phenomenal Rusher, awarded Biju Patnaiik award for sports and game performance.
Rohidas accepted a quote and award of cash amounting to RS 2 Lakh.
The Minister of Sports Tusharkanti Behera gave awards on that occasion.
