Thiruvananthapuram: Head of Pinarayi Vijayan’s Minister on Monday told the Assembly that Hullabaloo on the social media on the cruelty of the police against the fish vendor near Kalluvathukkal on the Varkkala-Varkkala National Highway was a managed stage.
In return for submission by opposition MLA C R Mahesh, the ministerial head said the police reported the incident denied the allegations that the police had thrown a fish worth RS 15,000 fish vendors named Mary.

category because of the incitement of complaints of density from people, the police have asked for fish vendors to leave the place,” he said.
However, the government has asked the police chief to ask complaints and submit a report, said the ministerial head.
In his submission, Mahesh said that the police persecuted and punished people on behalf of Covid restrictions and the same thing was unacceptable.
“When people find it difficult to make both ends meet, all restrictions and precautions must be for the good of people.
It should not end as an opportunity to punish people,” he said.
