Lucknow: Head of Yogi Adityanath Minister conducted an air survey of flood-affected areas in the Ghazipur and Ballia districts on Friday.
At present, more than 600 villages in 24 districts are influenced by flooding.

In Ghazipur, CM interacts with 186 families in assistance camps and relief materials and food packages distributed between them.
After that, he held a meeting with public representatives and local administration and reviewed arrangements made for assistance and rescue work.
He directed officials to review each village affected by flooding and asked the head of the medical officer to ensure that drugs were sufficiently available in all villages.
“CM said that so flood water receded, sanitation must begin in all villages.
He also said that the team of SDRF, NDRF and PAC had to be time in the flood-affected area so there was no delay in rescue operations and assistance.
