Nagpur: A team of the Metro Rail Safety Commissioner (CMR), in the city to examine the ongoing Metro work, reportedly expressed satisfaction of the works he saw until now.
On Wednesday, CMRS Janak Kumar Garg along with his team examined the trail of Sitabuldi and Kasturcand Park.
“They check curve, point, and crossover, trajectory, electrical overhead (OHE), signaling and telecommunications etc.
They also check the stretch of zero miles to the Kasturcand Park station by the Trolley motorbike,” a declared release.
The team also observed the train movement from the Kasturgand Park to Sitabuldi with 40 kilometers per hour and then from Sitabuldi to Park Kasturcand at 80kmph, which is the maximum speed allowed.
Officers conducted inspection bearings and inspection of the steel girder bridge after that.
On Thursday, the CMRS team will check Park Zero Mile and Kasturgand.
