Bengaluru: Infosys Co-Founder Kris Gopalkishnan has bought two apartments in the Bengaluru Koramangala district for RS 76 Crore, according to documents obtained from the Zapkey property portal.
Gopalkishnan, now the Chair of the Axilor Ventures, who invests in the initial startup, bought two properties in Block 3 Koramangala.
This environment is known as a billionaire paradise and includes residents such as Infosys Chairman Nandan Nilekani, founder of Narayana Health Devi Shetty and Bansals of Flipkart.
Gopalkishnan refused to comment on the transaction.
Property measuring 10,162 sqft bought by Gopalakrishnan’s SGK Investment Trust from Bikaner House Ltd, according to the document.
The capital value is Rs 39,363 per sqft, translates into the selling price of Rs 40 Crore.
It was registered in June.
Other properties, valued at Rs 36 Crore, were transacted in April.
This is 9,600 sqft, and the seller is Joseph Thomas.
