BENGALURU: At a significant growth, Malcolm Frank, Cognizant EVP and president of electronic technology & business, is retiring in the Nasdaq-listed business effective September 1.
Rajesh Nambiar, EVP and also chairman of Cognizant India, substituted Frank as president, electronic business & engineering efficient June 4, although continued at the use of Cognizant India chairman,” the business stated at a stock exchange filing on Friday.
Frank oversaw a majority of Cognizant’s company.
“Frank stopped to become an executive officer at June 4, 2021, but will remain a worker throughout his retirement date of September 1, 2021 to help with this transition.
In compliance with the conditions of the corporation’s Retirement, Death and Disability Policy, Mr Frank is going to be qualified to get continued vesting of equity plus a pro-rated part of his 2021 yearly cash incentive, even in the event the relevant performance targets are reached, according to his retirement,” Cognizant stated.
Malcolm oversaw Cognizant’s comprehensive electronic services portfolio such as digital approach, AI & Analytics, interactive, electronic technology, IoT, electronic content platform, and also Cognizant’s Accelerator Program, that incubates new fangled digital ventures.
Before this job, he was EVP, chief strategy officer and chief marketing officer.
