Amitesh Harmukh was arrested by Coimbatore police on September 25 after a colleague accused him of raping him.
On September 30, additional Court Judge Mahila (responsible) Thilageswari accessed the PLEA IAF for Harmukh prisoners so he could face the court’s military process.
The FIR submitted by Coimbatore police quoted the female officer by saying that he was the target of the two-finger exam by the IAF authority.
This has been rejected by the head of the IAF.
On Thursday, Inspector E Nirmala, representing the local All-Woman police station, filed a revised petition before the Saktivel Principal District Judge to revoke the Mahila trial order to hand over custody to the IAF.
Noting that the rape case was being investigated by the police of all women and that the defendant had to be in custody of the justice to Chargesheet, Police Coimbatore said the court could decide to submit a case to the IAF to conduct a court to do only after that.
“Only Coimbatore City Police or other investigative agents who can investigate rape cases.
The armed forces cannot investigate this case and the IAF does not appoint any officials to conduct a military court.
In accordance with Section 124 of the Air Force Law, 1950 (choice between criminal courts and Martial Court), only when this case is ready to be tried, can it be transferred to IAF for the Martial Court.
Until now, the city police have not resolved the investigation.
So, the Mahila Court order must be revoked, and flight lieutenants must be returned to the trial prisoner, “said a person Senior police officer.

Amitesh Harmukh from Durg in Chhattisgarh was arrested on charges of raping a female colleague at the College Administrative College (AFAC) near the Red Field in Coimbatore City on September 10, early September 26 morning.
