Coimbatore tops Set of Instances again, Chennai 2nd

CHENNAI: New instances of Covid-19 continued to stack up in central and western areas of Tamil Nadu, since the country included 26,513 new instances and 490 deaths into its own tally on Tuesday.
The country’s active instance depend was 2.9 lakh.
Coimbatore topped the record using 3,332 new instances followed by Chennai in 2,467.
Four distinct districts — Erode (1653), Tirupur (1338), Salem (1140) along with Chengalpet (1106) — reported over 1,000 instances each.
With 227 instances, Perambalur had the smallest number of new scenarios.
Within the last twenty times, eight western regions have reported 73 percent increase in cases, while central regions has reported a 67 percent rise in daily circumstances.
South and northern districts, especially Chennai, have reported decrease in numbers.
The country, that reported about 220 deaths on April11, is currently recording at 480 deaths each day.
