Kolkata: The State Health Department on Monday identified ten large private hospitals in the city to share the burden of eryikron patients and suspects while Saraghata ID & BG Hospital will continue to be a Nodron Hospital among government facilities.
At a meeting with private hospital representatives on Monday, Sanjay Bansal Health Secretary and the Director of Health Services Ajay Chakraborty discussed the best way to handle new variants and crashing several steps including preparing three separate zones in their Covid unit – for General Covid patients, to suspect Omicron And for the confirmed omicron case – to prevent the spread of variants at the facility.
