Kolkata: With the number of passenger counts crossing 2 lakh, Metro Railway has decided to add eight more trains from Friday and reduce service frequency from 6 minutes to 5 minutes.
Toi reported last Saturday that more trains would be added since the operator had violated 2 passenger lakh since the return of service on July 16.
