Nagpur: R Vimala District collector on Tuesday has formed a district level committee to clamp the use of a Manja Nylon, utas used to fly kites.
The Committee will conduct consciousness campaigns and also raids in the manufacturing and sales unit.
On Tuesday, a doctor learned to suffer injuries while returning to the city of Kalmeshwar in his bicycle.
Vimala has included officials from the police, Zilla Parishad, NMC and other departments to form a committee.
He also appealed to residents to enjoy the kite festival without using a banned Manja Nylon.
