College Bihar to continue her class today

Patna: All institutions of higher education, including technical and professional college, are arranged to continue the offline class with 50% of student presence from Monday.
Offline classes were suspended in all state schools and colleges nearly four months ago following the emergence of the second wave of Covid-19.
Patna University (PU) Representative of Chancellor Girish Kumar Chaudhary said the syllabus of almost all undergraduate and postgraduate courses had been completed through online classes and students in inspection mode.
All departments and graduate colleges have been instructed to run classes both in online or offline mode to complete the course, if it is not finished.
They have been further instructed to run practical classes in offline mode from Monday by calling students in a small batch, he said.
However, PU has not yet decided to reopen the hostel from Monday.
Students who come from outside because they attend the theory or practical class they will definitely need hostel accommodation.
Dean of Dean Anil Kumar students said if students returned from their homes, they would be accommodated in their respective hostels.
The staple sister of the female college Patna M MMMI said students would continue to attend online classes as usual.
Those who came from outside to attend practical classes (arranged from on Monday) will get accommodation at Hostel College, he said.
However, director Bit Patna Arbind Kumar said unless the required instructions were received from the government to reopen the hostel, it would not continue the offline class.
Classes will continue to be held in online mode as usual.
Only Mtech and PhD scholars will visit universities for practical theories or training.
Patna-based institutions under the University of Patliputra are also ready to continue their offline class.
A N College Principal S P Shahi said the whole campus had been well dissed.
No students are allowed to enter the campus without a face mask.
Handwashes and sanitisers will be available in all important places on campus.
There will be no problems in maintaining social distance because only class students hold part II that should come now, he said.
The Head of College Schedule Women Shyama Roy said it was very difficult to maintain the Covid protocol even with a 50% presence.
There are 7,000 students on the rolls and even if 3,500 girls are allowed to come to college in one day, it will be the task of Herculean to make them follow social distance inside or outside the classroom, he added.
