Pune: Students appear for semester checks starting from July 12 at the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) saying that their forms submitted to each college did not reach the SPPU exam department.
The students said the exam was too close and they should not lose the opportunity to try it.
The SPPU inspection department said complaints were being considered and the college was told to act on them.
Vice President Yukrant Pune, a student, Kamarakar Sheete, said, “Many universities do not continue the exam form to the university.
After showing it to the exam department, the university instructed college into forms that had been forgotten in universities and students registered for the exam.
“The SPPU educational foundation has also created YouTube channels to explain the process of filling out inspection forms and also the submission process for student assistance and college authorities.
Sheete said students had to watch videos and at the same time ensure that they did not miss any steps that would lead to deficiencies.
The head of the exam department at the SPPU Mahesh Kakde said, “We are careful to ensure that student registration for the exam is smooth.
There are no students left of the process.”
