Bengaluru: As the second wave receded, the state government has decided to start universities gradually.
In a round on July 16, the government said all educational institutions related to health and the medical sector – medical, dental, ayush, breastfeeding and other allied health care colleges – will be reopened with direct effects.
However, only students, teaching staff and non-teaching who have taken a minimum of one dose of Covid-19 vaccine will be allowed to attend universities.
