Committed to world-class facilities: CM BSY

Bengaluru: Head of Karnataka Minister B Yediyurappa on Friday confirmed that the state government was committed to creating world-class facilities in Bengaluru.
Speaking to reporters after examining the ongoing development work in the city, he said: “I have examined the smart city, tender and other works that are ongoing with cabinet colleagues, legislators and our officials are our government’s priority for world-class facilities In Bengaluru and we will work to achieve this goal.
“He said, 36 works had been taken under the City City project, where many road work had been completed, and in the year, the rest of the road work will also be finished.
Listing out roads that have been developed under the tendersure model in the city, he further said, 69 long roads 147 km are white on it to improve the quality of the city’s main roads.
The government has provided special attention to the development of the lake, storm waterways and parks in the city, cm then said, adding that “in the coming days we want all roads in the city to be developed, we will ensure sufficient funds for it, aim for all developments City.
“In the midst of a high buzz that the exit on the card, Yediyurappa on Thursday had indicated that the exit was near and said that he was waiting for a message from the high command on July 25, and would do his job until the last minute.
The minister’s chairman, in response to a question, said he had spoken with the deputy commissioner of the district affected by rain and would hold video conferencing with them.
Deputy Commissioner monitored and managed the situation in the district and affected precautions was taken to see that no unwanted incidents occurred, he said.
Deputy Minister of Chief Govind Karjol was traveling in the area and coordinating with officials.
“We will see it that there is no loss of life.”
