Commonwealth Weightlifting: Pamam won silver; Arockiya, Vikas Clinch Bronze

Tashkent (Uzbekistan): Highlifter Pamam Yadav India on Tuesday won a silver medal in the 76kg of women in the Commonwealth heavy championship which was underway 2021 in Tashkent.
Pamam Yadav raised a total of 220kg (98 + 122) and stood seventh in the world weight lifting championship, which was held simultaneously in Tashkent until December 17.
India as the Commonwealth Country competes in both.
2018 Commonwealth Games Gold Medal Comcatriot R Arockiya Alish Snatch Bronze for Lift Total 214kg (91 + 123).
Maya Laylor Canada won the Commonwealth Gold with a total of 229kg (99 + 130).
Previously, two-time medalist CWG Vikas Thakur won a bronze medal at 96kg of men at the Commonwealth Championships.
The national champion seven times issued a combined elevator 339kg (150 + 189).
