New Delhi: With communal tension in Bangladesh boiled amid the Puja Durga attack, the authorities on Monday said that an angry mass of damaging 66 houses and burned 20 Hindu homes.
The violence was originally triggered by social media posts.
According to local media, the burning attack by the mass of more than 100 people took place on Sunday night in a village in the Rangpur district of Pirganj Upazila, about 255 kilometers from Dhaka.
