Chennai: The direct bus frequency that is bad to Tiruvallur from CMBT during rush hour has resulted in severe crowding on the bus.
Commuter from neighbors has complained that there is no single MTC bus for almost three hours at night, placing office visitors in misery.
Thousands of private employees, traders, and daily bets from Tiruvallur largely depend on the 153a bus number to CMBT to reach the workplace in the city and return home.

Similarly, there was no bus directly from Poonamallee to Tiruvallur between 19:00 and 19:45, said K Baskar, a transport activist from Tiruvallur.
The lack of service has caused crowding on the bus available with the possibility of physical blasphemy.

When asked about the complaint, MTC said the delay was unavoidable on the route Longdistance.
Six buses are operated on routes 153a but they achieve too late destinations because of traffic, said a senior official.
He agreed to increase the bus frequency on the route.
Bhat emphasizes the need for separate MTC bus depots and stands the central bus at the Headquarters of the Tiruvallur district, from where there are buses to even neighboring countries.
