Police Chandigarh had called actor Salman Khan, his sister Alvira Khan and six others followed the complaints of fraud proposed by a local businessman.
Apart from his actor and sister, those who called on July 13 to verify the facts of complaints including the CEO of Foundation Human and Quotient Style Officials (licenses into human jewelry), police said on Thursday.
Arun Gupta, a local businessman, has complained that he has opened an exclusive store under the brand ‘being a human jewelry’, by spending Rs 2 to 3 Crore in 2018.
Gupta said he was sure that they would provide all kinds of reserves and also promote the brand.
According to his complaint, there is no promotional commitment that is fulfilled or the item is sent to him for his shop.
Gupta said it was guaranteed to him that Salman Khan’s actor would promote the brand but nothing happened.
He said he repeatedly connected company officials but they refused to keep their promises.
The complainant claims that the office that will be used to collect shares is also closed since February 2020.
Gupta further said in his complaint that he was convinced that Salman Khan would come alone for the inauguration of the showroom.
But his brother-in-law Aayahush Sharma came, he said.
Gupta demands registration of FIR in this matter.
