Mumbai, NCB Director Zonal Mumbai Sameer Father Wankhede Dhyandev Wankhede has filed a complaint of the police here against Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik for allegedly making comments “wrong and degrading” against him and their family members and casta, said an official on Tuesday.
Senior Wankhede approached the Assistant Commissioner of the Division of Oshiwara on Monday with his written complaint, demanding that the FIR registered against the minister under ACT SC / ST, he said.

The complainants accused that the NCP leader Malik made a comment “wrong and degraded” against him and his family members and their caste on various media platforms.

“We belong to the ‘dowry’ community that comes with the caste category scheduled,” he said in complaints.

He demanded that the FIR registered against the minister in the provisions of the caste tribe and scheduled schedules (prevention of atrocitas) of laws, and parts of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) including 503 (criminal intimidation).
He further accused Malik, because of his personal revenge, as far as “stalking” Yasmeen’s daughter online and illegally used his personal photographs from his social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.

The complainant also said the minister made allegations unfounded towards his daughter and family members involved in extortion when they were in Maldives.
Now, the Minister gave “direct threats” and used “illegal tactics” to inhibit an investigation into the case involving his son-in-law (Sameer Khan) where he tended to be punished, the alleged senior wankhede.
Mother of Malik’s son-in-law was arrested in January this year in a case of alleged drugs and given guarantees in September.

The complainant claimed Malik using all his strength and his family members.
Dhyandev Wankhede also said that to prove his claim, he had recordings and articles issued by ministers on various media platforms.
An official from the Assistant Commissioner of Police confirmed that they had received a complaint Dhyandev Wankhede, and said further investigation was taking place.
Wankhede Senior also filed a lawsuit with defamation against Malik, looking for damage to the RS 1.25 Crore song from the minister for allegedly made comments slandering her son, Sameer Wankhede and family through a press conference and through social media.

The Bombay High Court on Monday directed Malik to submit a written statement in response to a defamation coat.
The NCB team led by Sameer Wankhede last month carried out an attack on a cruise ship and claimed to have confiscated drugs.
Then, the son of actor Shah Rukh Khan Arya Khan and 19 others were arrested in connection with the case of roaming drugs.
Malik has mentioned the case of roaming drugs as “fake” and flattened a series of charges against Sameer Wankhede, including he used fake documents to secure government work.
NCB officials have denied the allegations flattened against him.
